Shipping Policy

ACB BYOB ships orders within the United States using UPS and USPS. By placing an order, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after full payment is received and order confirmation is issued.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Please note:

• Processing time does not include shipping transit time.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
• During peak production periods, promotional events, or high-volume seasons, processing times may extend beyond the standard window.

For custom, private label, wholesale, or production-based orders, shipping timelines will follow the production schedule outlined in your service or manufacturing agreement.


Domestic Shipping (United States Only)

We ship to all U.S. states via:

• UPS
• USPS

Shipping options and estimated transit times may include:

• Standard: 3–7 business days
• Expedited: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)
• Overnight: 1 business day (where available)

Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery dates are determined by the carrier and may vary due to weather conditions, operational delays, peak volume, or other factors outside of our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

• Package weight and dimensions
• Destination address
• Selected shipping method

Any promotional shipping offers apply only to qualifying orders and U.S. delivery addresses unless otherwise stated.


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates are provided by UPS or USPS and may take up to 24 hours to reflect movement in the carrier’s system.


Risk of Loss & Title

Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer once the order is transferred to UPS or USPS. ACB BYOB is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, stolen, misdelivered, or held once in the possession of the carrier.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but is not received:

• Contact the carrier directly and open a claim.
• Notify us at customerservice@americanculturehair.com so we are aware of the issue.

We will reasonably assist with carrier claims; however, replacement or refund is not guaranteed.


Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives visibly damaged:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photos of the shipping box, label, and damaged product.
• Retain all packaging materials until the claim is resolved.

Failure to notify us within 48 hours may result in denial of the claim.


Undeliverable or Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Delivery refusal
• Failure to claim the package

The customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Unclaimed shipments may be considered abandoned and subject to cancellation without refund.


Private Label & Production Orders

For private label, wholesale, or contract manufacturing orders:

• Freight arrangements may differ from standard parcel shipping.
• Palletized shipments, freight carriers, and scheduling will be coordinated separately.
• Freight charges are non-refundable.

All large-scale production shipments are governed by the applicable manufacturing agreement.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for verifying shipping information at checkout. ACB BYOB is not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping limitations based on carrier regulations or hazardous material classification. We reserve the right to modify shipping methods or cancel shipments that conflict with transport regulations.
