Return & Refund Policy

All products sold by American Culture Brands Private Label (acbprivatelabel.com) are custom-manufactured and made exclusively to the specifications of each individual client. Because all goods are produced on a made-to-order basis and are created specifically for the purchasing customer, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds under any circumstances. Once an order has been placed and payment has been submitted, it is considered final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all private label, custom formulation, custom packaging, and contract manufacturing orders.

Due to the customized and proprietary nature of our products, items cannot be restocked, resold, or repurposed for other customers. For this reason, no returns will be authorized and no refunds will be issued, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with formula, fragrance, color, texture, packaging, labeling, performance, or any client-approved specifications.

By placing an order with American Culture Brands Private Label (acbprivatelabel.com), the customer acknowledges and agrees that all products are custom-made specifically for them and that no refunds or returns will be permitted.
