Label Design

Repackaging + Art Transfer

If you already have artwork, we can convert, rebuild, or resize it so it prints correctly on your chosen packaging.

  • Label resizing to new bottle/jar formats
  • Art cleanup and print-ready formatting
  • Barcode placement and label layout updates
  • Versioning for different sizes or SKUs

Print Support & Coordination

We help you choose packaging that fits your brand and budget—and we make sure your final files are correct before printing.

Packaging support can include:

  • Packaging/bottle selection guidance
  • Dieline support (label sizing, bleed, trim, safe zones)
  • Printer handoff + proof review guidance

Typical Project Ranges

Most label projects fall into predictable ranges

Single SKU label setup, copy refresh, and full line systems are quoted after intake based on scope + turnaround.

Design is quoted per project based on number of SKUs, complexity, existing file quality, revision rounds, and turnaround timeline.

Printing is purchased separately. After you approve the final proof, you purchase labels directly from the printer and they ship to ACB for production.

Important Policies

Revisions & Feedback

Revisions are billed based on time and complexity. The fastest projects happen when feedback is sent as one consolidated list per round.

Proofing + Approval

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving artwork before printing. Once approved, American Culture Brands is not responsible for printing errors or missed edits.

Color Accuracy

Pantone + Printing Reality

Exact color matching can vary between screens, printers, and materials. If you require precise brand color accuracy, Pantone references and print proofs are recommended.

Reactivation Fee

Paused Projects

If a project becomes inactive and needs to be reopened, a reactivation fee may apply.

File Retention

Project files are stored for a limited period. We recommend keeping your final files backed up once delivered

How Label Printing Works

  1. We design your labels for the exact bottle/size you’re using.
  2. You approve the final artwork (nothing goes to print without your approval).
  3. We coordinate with our label printer on specs: size, material, finish (matte/gloss), quantity, and any special details.
  4. You purchase directly from the printer (we CC you so you’re in control of payment + records).
  5. Labels ship to ACB for your production run.

Important: Printing costs are separate from design services. We handle coordination to make it easy, but you always approve and purchase the labels.

Design is billed by ACB. Printing is billed by the label printer. We coordinate the printer handoff and shipping so labels arrive at ACB for your run.

Do I have to use ACB design services?

No. You can use your own designer. We can provide packaging specs/dielines so your files print correctly.

Can you match my existing branding?

Yes—if you provide existing logo files, fonts, and brand references.

How long does design take?

Timelines depend on SKUs and how quickly approvals happen. Fastest projects happen when the intake is complete and feedback is consolidated.

Do you print labels in house?

We don’t print labels in-house. After your label design is approved, we coordinate printing through our trusted label printer. You’ll receive the final proof for approval and you purchase the labels directly from the printer (we’ll CC you on the invoice/email). Once paid, the printer ships your labels directly to American Culture Brands so they’re ready for production.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
