What Tier 3 Custom Development + Contract Manufacturing Means
Tier 3 is a full-service manufacturing lane. It is our fully custom development path. You bring a benchmark, concept, or performance goal + we develop, test + refine a formula built specifically for your brand. Once approved, we manufacture, fill + pack your finished goods at production scale.
This tier is designed for brands that want a true signature product, deeper differentiation + a long-term formula they can scale with confidence.

Upfront Lab Time Fee $3,500 (benchmark evaluation, development work, sample rounds + project setup)

If stability, preservative efficacy (PET), or other safety documentation is not available, testing will need to be completed (with us or a qualified third-party lab) before we can move into full production. This protects your customers + your brand.
Samples
We Recreate + Send a Confirmation Sample
We recreate your product exactly as written in your documentation and send a sample for approval. If any ingredient substitution is required due to availability or compliance, we’ll request approval before making changes.
If adjustments are needed after review, additional sample rounds can be completed.
Production + Fulfillment
Approve → Batch → Fill → Pack
Once the confirmation sample is approved, we schedule production and move into manufacturing, QC, filling, packing, and shipping based on your approved specifications.
A smooth tech transfer should feel straightforward: you provide the formula + documentation, we recreate the sample, you approve, we produce. If it starts feeling complicated, it usually means a key detail is missing (raw material specs, processing steps, target pH/viscosity, etc.).
